Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Bird & Bamboo! We strive to deliver high-quality products along with exceptional customer service. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds after your order is placed. However, if your items arrive damaged or are lost during shipping, we do offer returns or exchanges. If you encounter any of these issues, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at emilyk@birdandbamboo.com. After 7 days, we will not be able to replace the damaged product. Please provide specific details about the damage, along with any supporting photographs. We will review your request and assist you with the next steps.

 

Lost in Transit

If your order is unfortunately lost in transit and hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at emilyk@birdandbamboo.com. We will start an investigation with the shipping carrier to track your package. If the carrier verifies that it is lost, we can offer you a replacement (if available) or a refund for the lost item.

 

Return Authorization

If our customer support team approves your return of a damaged item, they will give you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or promotional materials that were included. We reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.

 

Refunds & Processing

Preorder

Once a preorder is placed, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for different products, even if there are delays from the manufacturer.
