Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as made upon order or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Made upon order: Once you purchase a Wooden Mahjong Rack Set or an Embroidered Tote Bag, you are buying a custom, made to order product. Any order changes, including a full cancellation, must be requested within 2 calendar days of order placement. Any requested chances or cancellations after 2 calendar days will incur a 20% restocking fee as the custom ordered product is already in production. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout. Pre-orders, once placed cannot be cancelled. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
